Kony's Intentions Questioned Over Desire for Surrender

A spokesman for Central African Republic President Michel Djotodia says the president has been in touch with fugitive warlord Joseph Kony, and that Kony is ready to surrender. As VOA's Pam Dockins explains, U.S. officials have questioned whether Kony is ready to lay down his arms.
