Kenya's high crime rate has led to a surge in security companies. An estimated 500,000 security guards try to keep residences and businesses safe. However, often they turn into so called "ghostworkers" - not showing up for work but collecting salary. A Kenyan female entrepreneur has found a foolproof solution to bust ghostworkers.
