Fear of Ebola spreading in the U.S. is growing after a second healthcare worker in Dallas, Texas has tested positive for the virus. The unidentified caregiver at Texas Presbyterian hospital contracted the virus while treating Thomas Eric Duncan. Meanwhile, Liberia's largest and one of its oldest medical facilities is back on its feet, with the maternity ward being the first section to reopen. Benno Muchler reports from Monrovia.
