As sex workers around the world welcome Amnesty International's new policy on sex work, they also remind us that the fight for sex worker rights is far from over.

Roxy, 25, is a transgender sex worker from Cape Town, South Africa and she is also living with HIV. Roxy faces many human rights violations in her life, not least the discrimination she experiences in health facilities.

This video was made with the support of Link Up, a project that reaches young women and men living with and affected by HIV aged 24 years and under. The project has a particular focus on  sex workers and LGBT people, all of whom experience extreme difficulties accessing services due to the high levels of stigma, discrimination, and in some cases, the fear of arrest.
