How do you improve farmers' resilience to unpredicatable weather patterns and other effects of climate change? By developing and implementing adaptation strategies and measures that will improve agricultural production and rural livelihoods. The African Development Bank's Climate Adaptation for Rural Livelihoods and Agriculture initiative CARLA is helping farmers adapt to changing weather conditions in some of the vulnerable districts in Malawi.
