Fees Must Fall activist Bonginkosi Khanyile has been granted R250 bail. The Durban University of Technology student was arrested in September, but failed to secure bail three times. While the Supreme Court of Appeal refused to hear the matter, the Constitutional Court sat down to listen to the arguments. And even before justices could adjourn for judgement, the state conceded and agreed to have Khanyile released.
