One-month-old Siwaphiwe Mbambo who was still in her car seat when her Mom and brother were hijacked, has been found alive. The hijackers had abandoned the car and the baby was nowhere to be found, setting off a manhunt for the perpetrators and the baby. Arrests have been made, including the arrest of the mother.
