SABC Interim Board Plans to Scrap the 90% Local Content Policy

The interim SABC Board wants Hlaudi Motsoeneng disciplined for bringing the public broadcaster into disrepute during a press conference last week. And it also plans to scrap the 90 percent local content policy for radio and 80 percent policy for television. The interim Board and SABC Management have briefed the Communications Portfolio Committee.
