It was a packed news day centred on Parliament.  First, the Constitutional Court ruled that the Speaker of Parliament does have the power to institute a secret ballot when a vote of no confidence in the president is held. And a short while later parliament kicked off a question and answer session with the President in the hot seat. President Jacob Zuma has indicated that he will establish a commission of inquiry into State Capture.  This was recommended in the former Public Protector's report on State Capture, but the President has delayed while asking the courts to outline the rights that he has when it comes to picking the head of the inquiry. And once again the President once again shot down calls for him to step down. This as he's facing his EIGHTH motion of no confidence in Parliament.
