An opposition rally in Kasubi to campaign against changing the constitution was cut short as police fired teargas. Police say they were stopping crowds from marching on to the roads. The opposition is holding countrywide rallies against the lifting of the age limit for the presidency, one of several changes in the proposed amendments to the constitution tabled by MP Raphael Magyezi.
