Botlenyana Mokhele on ICASA New Data Usage Rules

Communications regulator, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, ICASA, has announced its final End User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations after general concerns about the data expiry and out-of-bundle data rules. The new changes means that all mobile providers will no longer be allowed to charge consumers out-of-bundle rates for data when they have run out and mobile providers are required to provide an option to consumers to rollover unused or expired data.
