Interested in interning with AllAfrica Global Media? AllAfrica offers full and part-time internships year round. Internships are unpaid, but credit sometimes can be arranged. Internships currently are available for persons interested in journalism, online ad sales and business management and accounting. Only a limited number of applicants can be accepted each quarter.
Interns get the opportunity to work on a prize winning web site, AllAfrica.com, one of the largest content sites on the web, which is has emerged as the source of record for the global Africa-focused community of diplomats, policy makers, analysts, academics, activists and business professionals. Interns receive guidance from award-winning media professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience in African journalism. In addition, they have periodic opportunities to attend (and sometimes cover) speeches, hearings, fora and conferences on Africa policy.
