Johannesburg — Executives at free-to-air station e.tv are tight-
lipped about differences within the company over the use of Deputy
President Thabo Mbeki's former communications director, Thami Ntenteni,
for consultancy work.
Ntenteni will be sentenced on December 4 in the Randburg Regional
Court after being found guilty of culpable homicide and driving under
the influence of alcohol. The charges stem from an accident late last
year on the Ben Schoeman highway in which one person was killed and
several others injured.
