Washington, D.C. — Because he finished fourth in Olympic trials in July, the 1999 All African Games 400m hurdles bronze medallist was left out of Kenya's Olympics team. He took the Kenyan Amateur Athletic Association to court, charging that the exclusion was unfair. The court agreed with him and he has joined the rest of the team in Sydney.
