Johannesburg — The Democratic Alliance (DA) has appointed its finance specialist, Ken Andrew, to head up a policy development project aimed at enabling the party to present itself as an alternative government.
The project, scheduled to run for about nine months, was confirmed yesterday by party spokesman Nick Clelland-Stokes.
