Nairobi — Nearly 30 acres belonging to the Kenya Institute of Special Education plot have been grabbed, the director, Mr David Okech has said.
The institute's plans of becoming a full-fledged University for Special Needs Education are threatened unless the government repossess the plot. A university should have at least 50 acres to be allowed to operate as such.
