Cameroon: Small and Medium Sized Enterprises - Census Results to Steer Gov't Policy

Minister Etoundi Ngoa Laurent Serge yesterday announced government's measures to strengthen the sector.

The Minister of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicraft, Etoundi Ngoa Laurent Serge, yesterday announced his department will be drawing up a comprehensive policy to promote the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises immediately the results of the census on SMEs is out. He told pressmen during the new format of government communication that it was important to know how many SMEs were there before emerging with a policy that reflects the reality of the country. Minister Etoundi Ngoa tackled a number of issues during the press conference.
