Freetown — Resident Minister East, who succeeded in pacifying aggrieved All Peoples Congress (APC) members in Kenema, has recently disclosed that security measures should be put in place before President Ernest Bai Koroma could visit the region.
Amidst complaints, William Juana Smith admitted that Koroma has not visited the region because certain modalities have to be put in place before he will be formally invited.
