The Paris Club holds its annual meeting with representatives from private creditors of developing countries such as banks and other private investors and with major sovereign non-Paris Club creditors.
The purpose of this meeting is to encourage major creditors of developing countries to share good practices and to develop a common approach on international debt issues.
Following an analysis of the evolution of the crisis and how it affects emerging and developing countries, the conference will provide an opportunity for participants to contribute to the ongoing debate on financing challenges.
