The AfDB is engaging with representatives of Civil Society Organisations (CSO) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO).

The Civil Society Forum being held on Monday, 1 March 2010 in Tunis will be an extensive, thoughtful dialogue between the Bank and invited national African CSOs and NGO participants and networks.

Bank speakers will describe Bank priorities in a range of areas, and the broad picture of development challenges. CSO and NGO participants will give voice to the priorities on the ground.

This consultative process is an invaluable part of effectively meeting global development challenges and helping to improve development outcomes in each country in Africa.
