The Coalition for Dialogue in Africa (CoDA) holds its third Board Meeting in Tunis on 27 and 28 February 2010.

The last CoDA meeting, on 28 November 2009, concentrated on the international financial crisis, which CoDA reported had a substantial negative effect on the African economy, creating a rare opportunity for the continent to redefine its development model.
