Nigeria: Ladoja Dares EFCC, Vows to Contest

Osogbo — Former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rasidi Ladoja, at the weekend vowed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) cannot stop him from contesting the 2011 governorship election in the state , saying the agency had shot itself in the legs by the list of alleged corrupt politicians it claimed should not be allowed to contest the 2011 elections.

Ladoja, who spoke in Osogbo with newsmen also declared that he is contesting the 2011 governorship election in Oyo State and EFCC cannot stop him from realising his vission.
