The African Development Bank (AfDB) strongly supports the 2010 African Media Leaders Forum (AMLF) to be held from 18-19 November 2010 in Yaoundé, Cameroon on the theme, "Funding African Media in an Age of Uncertain Business Models".

The AMLF is one of the largest gatherings of media operators in Africa. The inaugural AMLF was held in Dakar, Senegal, from 2-3 November 2008, and the second edition took place in Lagos, Nigeria, from 5-6 November 2009. The Forum is the only event on the continent that brings together top media executives and operators from around Africa on an annual basis.

The AMLF enjoys the commitment, support and participation of influential and important media leaders and interested partners in Africa. Over 250 publishers, CEOs, managing directors, publishers and other media stakeholders and decision-makers are expected to attend this year's Forum.
