Sudan: Northern Employees At Oil Fields in South Feel Threatended By Referendum

Bentiu — Northern Sudanese working at an oil fields in Southern Sudan's Unity state, have they fear for their jobs and safety if the south separates from the north in the current referendum.

Mohamed Ibrahim Adom, an employee from ZPEB the Chinese drilling company operating Unity Power Plant, told Sudan Tribune on Monday that northern workers would prefer the country to remain united.
