Kenya: Tatu City Case to Be Delayed As Judge Steps Down

THE multibillion shilling Tatu City case might take longer after a judge hearing the matter disqualified himself saying he will be out of station for several months.

Justice Jonathan Havelock told the parties that he will be out of office until the end of June and said under the circumstances, it is only fair that he disqualify himself from hearing the case. He returned the file to the presiding judge of the Commercial Division for direction.
