Moshi — THE launching of the National Sanitation Campaign by President Jakaya Kikwete early this week has been praised. The campaign, whose launch coincided with the International Environment Day, will go a long way in improving lives of millions of Tanzanians, it was said.
According to an official from the World Bank, Ms Mukami Kariuki, currently, only 5.2 million Tanzanians use improved sanitation facilities while 5.4 million Tanzanians do not have such facilities.
