Kenya: Police Accused Over P3 Forms

A civil society group in the North Rift has accused police of extorting money from them whenever they go to collect P3 forms.

The chairperson of Rural Women Peace Link, Mary Chepkwony yesterday said the police were demanding Sh1,000 from rape and assault victims yet the forms are issued free of charge. She was speaking in Eldoret town during a one-day forum for grassroots women.
