Nigeria: Military Chiefs Still Coy On Amnesty for Boko Haram

The mood within the military top brass is that of caution over the decision by the Federal Government to grant amnesty to Boko Haram Islamic Sect.

THISDAY Investigations gathered that the military chiefs were reluctant to give the nod for the amnesty in the first place but have had to bow to pressures from their political masters.
