A BANKER and House of Representatives aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Borno State, Alhaji Mohammed Bukar has promised to address the twin issues of poverty and insecurity if elected in 2015.

Bukar of First City Monument Bank, FCMB, who is aspiring to represent the Maiduguri Metropolitan Council, MMC, however, prayed God to thwart his ambition if he would not live up to expectations of the electorate if eventually he won the election.
