The Inter-Parliamentary Union of IGAD member states (IPU-IGAD) condemned the terrorist attack in Djibouti which killed three and injured 15 on 24 May 2014.
The Communiqué released from the Union's Office in Addis Ababa condemns the act as a "cowardly attack on the soil of a country engaged in building sustainable peace at the regional level".
