FORMER Chief Registrar of Judiciary Gladys Shollei was yesterday hard pressed to absolve herself from the financial mismanagement at both the judiciary and the Judicial Service Commission.
Shollei told the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) that she was privy to misuse of public funds but looked the other way so as not to ruffle feathers of powerful individuals with the JSC.
