Western Sahara: Moroccan Authorities Deport Two Italian Journalists From Occupied El Aaiun

El Aaiun — The Moroccan authorities deported Thursday two Italian journalists from the occupied city of El Aaiun who intended to make a documentary about the resistance of the Saharawi people inside the occupied territories, according to the Ministry of the Occupied Territories and Community Abroad.

Moroccan security forces stopped the two journalists, ordered them to leave and informed them that they would be interrogated and deported to Agadir, Morocco, said the source.
