Luanda — The Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, defended on Friday in Luanda the need of identifying the causes of the problems that still affect the Central Africa Central, in order to define the necessary bases to seek everlasting solutions.
The Angolan statesman said so when addressing the opening act of the tripartite mini-summit amongst Angola, Republic of Congo and Chad, taking place this Friday at Luanda's Presidential Palace.
