Tunisia: Bou Ali M'barki - National Dialogue to Continue to Support Next Government

Tunis — The National Dialogue will continue to accompany the next government and help it overcome possible difficulties, Deputy Secretary-General of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) Bou Ali M'barki said. In this connection, he announced the resumption, next Friday, of the National Dialogue, with the participation of the quartet.

The dialogue sessions, he explained, will be devoted to the examination of the electoral process, the mode of transfer of power to the elected government, as well as the new juncture following the official results of the legislative elections. "Tunisia move forward on the right track for the edification of a modern state and the establishment of democratic traditions on the basis on peaceful alternation of power," he commended, pointing out that the legislative elections took place in "optimum conditions".
