Ethiopia: Ethio-Djibouti Joint Ministerial Meeting Opened in Djibouti

The Ethio-Djibouti Joint Ministerial meeting started today (February 5) in Djibouti with Ethiopian Foreign Minister Dr. Tedros, leading a high level delegation including Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Sufian Ahmed; Minister of Water, Irrigation and Energy, Alemayehu Tegunu; Minister of Transport, Workneh Gebeyehu; and other seniors government officials.

The Djibouti delegation was headed by Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, Foreign Minister of Djibouti. Ambassadors and other experts from both countries attended. In his opening remarks, Dr. Tedros emphasized the long and strong brotherly relations between the two countries and their shared insight to realize economic integration in the region.
