Experts to Debate Political Will On Open Data in Africa

Policy makers, technical experts, development specialists and sectorial specialists keen on promoting open data for development in Africa will meet at the UN Conference Centre in Addis Ababa on 27 March to initiate a road map on a successful data revolution in Africa, via open data.

This will be a practical workshop of the High Level Conference on Data Revolution, which is a side event of the 8th Joint Annual Meetings of the African Union Specialized Technical Committee on Finance, Monetary Affairs, Economic Planning and Integration and the ECA Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
