The 48-year old incumbent President Faure Gnassingbe has won Togo's presidential election of April 25, 2015, scoring 58.75 per cent of the votes cast in an election in which he faced four opposition candidates, BBC reported. The President of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), Issifou Taffa Tabiou declared the partial election results on Tuesday, April 28 night. Togo's Constitutional Court will have to confirm the results before they become final.
