Rapulana Seiphemo, the popular actor who plays Tau Mogale on the SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy, was seriously injured in a car accident in February.

The award-winning actor posted a photo on Facebook which shows him out with friends - clearly on the road to recovery, according to Generationsextra.co.za.

The tragic accident on the N14 near Diepsloot, Gauteng, left three people dead and three others - Seiphemo - seriously injured.

However, authorities have yet to confirm who was driving or how the accident occurred but there is speculation that the two passengers in Seiphemo's car could have been hijackers.
