Angola: ICGLR Executive Secretary Calls for Peace, Democracy and Good Governance

Luanda — The executive secretary of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), Ntumba Luaba, Saturday in Luanda appealed to the member states to remain committed to promoting peace, democracy and good governance concerning human rights.

Ntumba Luaba was addressing the opening of the ICGLR's Defence ministers, as part of the preparation for the 6th Summit of the regional organisation's heads of State and Government set to open in in Luanda on June 14.
