Third Meeting of the 14th Replenishment of the African Development Fund (Adf-14)

Luxembourg — The third meeting of the Fourteenth Replenishment of the African Development Fund (ADF-14) will take place from 28 to 29 November, 2016, in Luxembourg.

The President of the Fund, in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior Bank management, will pursue consultations with State Participants on the various options for mobilizing additional subscriptions and supplementary resources towards the Fourteenth General Replenishment of the resources of the Fund (i.e. ADF-14).

The meeting will take place within the context of an overall aim of sustaining the operational activities of the Fund during the implementation of the Bank Group's Long Term Strategy. Several Governors (or their representatives) of ADF-recipient countries, as well as observers from sister institutions will also be in attendance. The meeting will be chaired by Richard Manning, designated coordinator of ADF-14, who will produce a Summary at the end of discussions.
