South Africa: Gospel Singer Ncwane Dies - Report

Sfiso Ncwane, the hugely influential gospel singer has died according to Drum.

His sister, Gugu, has reportedly confirmed the news, though details around his passing are not clear at the moment.

It's believed Ncwane died in a Johannesburg hospital after a short illness.

Move Magazine has reported that the gospel legend was vomiting blood on Sunday night when his family took him to the hospital.

The 'Kulungile Baba' hitmaker made headlines last year when he bought a R1.9 million car as a gift for a pastor who he said saved his life after suffering a heart attack.
