It Was Mid 2009, when the sun was about to set and I had gone on Popo Beach, in New Kru Town, right next to the Coast Guard Base on the Bushrod Island to greet my elder sister, but more so, to await her husband who had gone to fish - for a little gesture of some of his catch.
After waiting for about an hour I was startled by the look on the faces of my in-law and colleagues as they defied the outpouring wave of the Atlantic Ocean and landed ashore.
