South Africa: Black Coffee to Host His Own Show on Beats 1

27 July 2017

The show, which will be called Black Coffee on Beats 1, will debuts this Friday at 8pm South African time.

The popular DJ is set to become the first African act to host a Beats 1 radio show. Apple-owned Beats 1 radio is a worldwide, online music streaming platform.

Black Coffee will be co-hosting the show with former pirate station DJ and record label owner Mario Cee, who Coffee says he's been friends with for 15 years.

Black Coffee also said that the first episode of the show will feature the premiere of an unreleased track with Burna Boy and Swizz Beatz.

The DJ has been recently nominated at the DJ Awards in the Deep House category - a category he won last year.
