Please be advised that notice is hereby given that, Architekon, LLC, as of the date hereof, is considered effectively withdrawn as a member of Collington Commons, LLC (the "Company") due to the abandonment by Arhitekon, LLC from Company for a period of more than seven (7) years.

Please contact counsel for the Company, Andrew E. Skopp at noticesmilesstockbridge.com within 90 days in order to receive the fair market value of your membership interest in the Company as of July 1,2017.
