Nairobi — The Jubilee Party is set to submit a list of its agents in the forthcoming repeat presidential election to the electoral commission by the end of the week.

Deputy President William Ruto gave the assurance on Tuesday when he met the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission which had invited Jubilee and NASA candidates in the fresh presidential poll set for October 26, for consultations and a brief on election preparedness.

According to IEBC timelines, Jubilee and NASA had until Tuesday to submit a list of agents for both Constituency Tallying Centres and the 40,883 polling stations spread across the country.

The submission of the lists by the two parties was however impeded by last week's collapse of talks between the two political formations and the IEBC.
