The University of The Gambia Wednesday received the first batch of 2017-19 bienniums of Technical Aid Corps (TAC) volunteers from Nigeria at a ceremony held at the Nigerian High Commission along Bartil Harding Highway.
The Technical Aid Corps volunteers; the South-South Cooperation is a programme initiated by Nigeria in 1987 to render technical services to countries of need most especially the African continent, the Caribbean and the specific to strengthen ties with different countries.
