High Court has suspended Interior Caninet Secretary Fred Matiang'i's declaration that Miguna Miguna is a prohibited immigrant.

Justice Enoch Chacha Mwita on Monday also ordered that immigration officials facilitate Miguna's re-entry in Kenya and in default he can use his Canadian passport.

The court further suspended the decision by Director of Immigration Department Gordon Kihalangwa to cancel Dr Miguna's passport.

The judge also suspended a gazette notice which declared the National Resistance Movement (NRM) as a criminal gang.
