Tunisia: Illegal Migration Attempt Thwarted Off Sfax

Twenty eight persons were arrested on Sunday off the Sidi Mansur coasts in Sfax, while trying to illegally cross the sea borders, the Interior Ministry said in a press release on Monday.

As ordered by the Public Prosecutor, legal proceedings will be taken against these persons aged between 18 and 33 and are from Kairouan, Gafsa, Sousse, Tozeur and Mahdia.
