Nigeria: Wizkid Debuts At Coachella

Nigerian superstar, Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid is set to make his debut at Coachella in April. The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo club in Indio, California. It's one of the most famous, and profitable music festivals in the United States and all over the world.

Star boy as he's fondly called by fans will be performing alongside American stars including Beyonce, Eminem and The Weekend who are headliners of the festival which will run from Friday, April 13 through Sunday, April 22. Also, performing at the event are Jidenna, Miguel and rapper Cardi B among others.

Wizkid announced this via his witter handle. "We taking that African culture to Coachella this year BTW and I'm bringing out everybody," he tweeted. Indeed, Wizkid is definitely living it up as the biggest music export in Nigeria as his single 'Daddy Yo' is the soundtrack of new American movie 'Pacific Rim Uprising.'
