Sudan: Minister Affirms Cooperation With UN Woman Office

Khartoum — The Minister of Social Security and Development, Mashaer Al-Dawalab, has affirmed the importance of strengthening the partnership, cooperation and joint work with the UN Woman Office in Sudan.

The minister, who received Thursday the Country Director of the United Nations Woman Office, currently on a visit to Sudan, has welcomed the joint work between Sudan and the UN to strengthen and empower woman efforts in all fields.

The minister was briefed on all the issues and challenges facing the UN Woman Office in Sudan through revision, assessment of performance and the new structural reforms.
